BOOKKEEPING

Bookkeeping services on a regular basis


NUMERUS handles all bookkeeping functions for many clients – from the reception of vouchers to the preparation of material for the auditor. Bookkeeping services include bookkeeping, effecting payments, reconciliation, invoicing, follow-up on debtors, VAT accounting and payroll administration, among other things.

Cleanup and project assignments


Should your business need additional resources in the accounts department or with regard to bookkeeping, our services will provide you with assistance on a short- or a long-term basis. For instance, assistance might be needed in connection with year-end financial reporting, clearing up piles of unfinished work, short-term sickness of staff or in connection with the implementation of a new financial management system or the like. It might be a great advantage to engage our consultants to provide the required assistance as an alternative to further burdening your existing staff.

Within this area we undertake the preparation of interim statements and budgets, budget follow-up, reporting to parent company e.g. for companies owned by foreign companies. We furthermore carry out analyses of work procedures and processes, clarification of any complex bookkeeping and accounting problems, outline business procedures and prepare material for the board, among other things.

NUMERUS carries out assignments at the level of financial manager both on a regular basis and for a short-term or long-term period according to your needs. For instance we provide assistance in case of a temporary vacant position in your business, during periods of recruitment stop, in connection with parental or sick leave of employees, in connection with the implementation of new financial management system and during preparation of annual reports.

Hvorfor bemande økonomiafdelingen ud fra peak-perioderne?

NUMERUS tilbyder aftale om fast assistance, så der kan tilføres ekstra ressourcer til økonomiafdelingen efter behov. Vi ser ofte, at der i.f.m. eksempelvis måneds-, kvartals- og årsregnskaber, barselsperioder, sygemeldinger og ved vakante stillinger, er behov for ekstra ressourcer. Med en fast aftale sikres man muligheden for, at det bliver den/de samme kompetente konsulenter, som løbende vil assistere.

NUMERUS tilbyder rekruttering af den rette medarbejder til økonomiafdelingen. Ofte er man først sikker på, at matchet er det rigtige, når medarbejderen har været i virksomheden i en periode, og vi tilbyder derfor et ”try and hire”-forløb, inden I træffer den endelige beslutning om ansættelse af en ny medarbejder.
